As first-time homebuyers, we really can't recommend Rasheedah highly enough. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate that extends to local zoning laws, construction permits and quirks, all aspects of financing, and the market situation. She was exceptionally responsive during the entire process and basically educated us from the ground up. We went in really knowing nothing, and came out with a house we feel so happy and lucky to be in every day. We were initially very focused on one specific neighborhood with proximity to a park, but after showing us several options that checked our boxes perfectly, it feels like she observed and noticed that we weren't as excited as we thought we'd be. When she suggested we look at a house outside our stated parameters -- just a block from a downtown area with restaurants and NJ Transit -- we fell in love with it instantly. The house had collected enough offers after only two days, and we felt like our chances were so slim to secure it. But Rasheedah crafted a competitive offer for us, and here we are!
